NEVER TO OLD

Seventy-two year old Harriet Beamer looses a bet with her daughter-in-law Prudence and not wanting to welch she sells her home to move to California. While packing her salt & pepper collection from all over the world she realized she had never been anywhere. The collection were mainly gifts from others who did the traveling. She then decides to take the scenic route and ride bus.

The book is a narrative of her adventures, the dangers and the many people she meets. The book is a little slow and, to me, too descriptive in nonessential areas. But overall it is a cute story.

I received this book free from Shelton Interactive for a fair and honest review.
