THE REASON by William Sirls is a thought provoking and compelling story that draws you in and leaves you anxious for the answer.  It’s an age old question we all have ask, what is the reason this or that. Does God control everything and if so then why does this happen.

William writes a narrative of a cross, a single mother, her son who is diagnosed with leukemia, the hospital staff that is caring for him, her surrogate family a pastor his wife and son. Then you add a stranger, a carpenter who seems to know all and appears at the most opportune times.

It’s a tale of redemption, second chances, and activities that can only be described as miracles.  This book is a work of fiction, however, we hear of such miracles happening in third world countries and you question why we in America don’t see more miracles today. It will definitely make you think outside the box of todays perception of Christ and what it means to believe.

I truly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone hungry for more, for answers that defy logic.

I received this book free from Thomas Nelson for a fair honest review.
